2. Data Collection & Storage

  • We do not store any email, contactsb data from connected providers (including Yahoo/AOL, Google/Gmail, and Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail/Exchange) on our servers.
  • We only retrieve live data directly from the provider to deliver the features you choose—for example: Yahoo/AOL via IMAP (Mail), CardDAV (Contacts), and CalDAV (Calendar); Google via the Gmail/People/Calendar APIs; and Microsoft via Outlook/Microsoft Graph/Exchange or standard IMAP/SMTP—without storing content on our servers.
  • The only data temporarily stored is your Yahoo/AOL, Google/Gmail, Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail/Exchange platforms access token, which is saved in your browser’s session storage for authentication purposes.

3. Data Usage

  • Gmail data (if permission is granted) is accessed only to read metadata or content necessary for the features you choose to use.
  • We never modify, sell, share, or misuse your data.
  • Data fetched from APIs is not stored, logged, or retained beyond your session.

4. Data Protection & Security

  • Session-Based Access: Your data is accessible only while you are actively using the service. The access token is deleted once you log out.
  • OAuth 2.0 Authentication: We use Yahoo/AOL, Google/Gmail, and Microsoft Outlook’s OAuth 2.0 system, ensuring secure authentication without storing passwords.
  • Data Encryption: All data transmission between your browser and APIs is secured using SSL/TLS encryption.
  • No Third-Party Access: Your data is never shared with external services or third parties.

5. User Control & Revocation

  • You remain in full control of your data.
  • You can revoke access at any time from your provider account settings (Yahoo, Google, or Microsoft) and from within the app.
  • Logging out automatically removes all session data, including the access token.
